We offer free delivery for all orders within India. We aim to ship all orders promptly through reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Fulfillment

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, in the case of multiple product orders, items may arrive separately based on stock availability and through different courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

• Ready To Ship Products: Delivered within 4 to 12 working days.
• Pre-Book/Upcoming Catalogues: Delivered within 14 to 30 working days.

Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or delays by courier companies. We also cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to products that occur during transit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any entry, octroi, state/city duties, or other taxes applicable during the transit of your order will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the payment made to us.

Order Cancellation and Shipping Charges

• Once an order is processed or out for delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of order cancellation.
• If a product is exchanged, the customer will bear the shipping charges for the exchanged product.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of our Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns. No refunds will be issued once an order is placed.

Damaged Products

If a product is damaged during transit, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos). In such cases, we may issue a replacement; however, no refunds will be provided.
