Return and Refund Policy
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our Ayurvedic products, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
All orders placed through our website are considered final. Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours if your item arrives damaged or defective. You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue via email to info@shrimohta.com within this timeframe.
If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement of the damaged item at no extra cost. Please note that we do not provide refunds in such cases—only replacements are offered.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for any of our products due to their personal care and consumable nature. This includes:
- Ayurvedic medicines (liquids, powders, tablets, etc.)
- Health and wellness supplements
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if a product arrives damaged and the issue is reported within 24 hours with valid proof. We do not offer exchanges for any other reason.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If a product is found to be damaged upon arrival and reported within the specified 24-hour window, a replacement may be issued after review and approval.
